Tour To Fairy Meadows

Introduction of Fairy Meadows:

Fairy Meadow is a meadow on the north side of Nanga Parbat( 9th highest in the World and 2nd highest in Pakistan, a few kilometers south of the Karakoram Highway and the Indus River in the Diamer district of Northern Areas, Pakistan. It is the best place to view the majestic beauty of Nanga Parbat. Willy Merkl, the leader of the 1932 German-American expedition, named it Fairy Meadow due to its wonderful scenery .


Accessibility:

Fairy Meadows is connected to Chilas and Gilgit which is well connected by air with Islamabad( weather dependent) and by road with Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Skardu and Chitral. You can take a flight to Gilgit from the capital of the country and reach Gilgit.


Day 01:- Departure from Islamabad a stop for Lunch at Besham via Haripur, Abbottabad, Batagaram  and night overnight stay at Chilas.


Day 02:- Early morning after breakfast drive to RaiKot Bridge. Extensive one day Tracking to fairy Meadows .

Day 03:- Overnight stay in camps at Tatto Village on the way to Fairy Meadows.

Day 04:- Arrival at Fairy meadows and full day exploration of Fairy Meadows

Day 05:- Drive back to Islamabad through silk route.
